Jessica Perritt is a proud Anishnaabe-kwe and a member Neyaashiinigmiing First Nation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics and believes Mathematics is the universal language of relationships. Currently, Jessica is the Director of Indigenous Relations at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization. She has been able to bring Indigenous perspective into the nuclear industry locally, nationally, and internationally. Jessica’s passion is to contribute to systems change by leaning into relational intelligence and building an appreciation for the richness and sophistication of Indigenous knowledge systems and find practical ways to influence science, policy, and society change.
