Jennifer Steffler is the Executive Director of Rygiel Supports for Community Living, a nonprofit organization supporting people with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives in their communities. A systems-level leader with a background in change management, governance, and human-centred design, Jennifer is leading a multi-year organizational transformation focused on accountability, modernization, and belonging. She is known for challenging traditional service models and advocating for person-directed approaches that prioritize choice, dignity, and community connection. Jennifer is also a neurodivergent leader and parent, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to her work advancing inclusive leadership and social systems change.
