Jennifer Yin Barrett is the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for the Broadbent Institute, a social democratic think tank. She oversees the integration of the Institute’s strategy and goals with daily operations. Jennifer has over a decade of experience in electoral politics and government, having held leadership positions at the provincial, federal, and municipal level. She is passionate about democratic workplaces, training and leadership, and building consensus and capacity with others. A graduate of Trinity College, Jennifer is an avid hiker and crossfitter.
