Jay S. Lim
Principal, 25:8 Architecture + Urban Design
Jay S. Lim is the founder of the international firm 25:8 Architecture + Urban Design. His work includes award-winning projects for emergency and affordable housing. In parallel to leading an architecture practice, he also teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Architectural Design and Building Technology at Carleton University. In addition to his work in Architecture and Academia, Jay is also a successful entrepreneur who founded the acclaimed 5:2:8 Creative Coffee Collective and real-estate development company, Ample Architectonic Assets. Jay earned advanced degrees in Architecture & Urban Design from Toronto Metropolitan University, Syracuse University, and Columbia University. Later this year, he will be representing Canada at the Triathlon World Championships.
