Jahmoyia Smith is a community development and workforce inclusion leader with extensive experience in employment systems transformation, employer engagement, and equitable service delivery. She serves as Manager of Corporate Engagement & Community Partnership Development at ACCES Employment, where she leads strategic partnerships and innovative community-based workforce initiatives, including the Street Fleet mobile employment services model. A CivicAction DiverseCity Fellow, Jahmoyia’s work focuses on advancing access, equity, and economic inclusion for newcomers, racialized communities, and individuals facing systemic barriers. She is also an educator and program leader in post-secondary workforce development, contributing to curriculum design, leadership development, and practitioner training across the career development sector.
