Jacquelyn is the Director of the City of Toronto’s Strategic Capital Coordination Office, leading an integrated approach to major capital planning and cross divisional collaboration. Previously, she guided high profile programs in Transportation Services, including the King Street Transit Pilot and Toronto’s significant bike lane expansion – transformative efforts that have shaped how people move around the city. With 23 years of experience in the public and non profit sectors, she brings a strong commitment to city building and public service. A lifelong Torontonian who loves Canada’s largest city, Jacquelyn also enjoys spending time on Georgian Bay and serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgian Bay Mnidoo Gamii Biosphere, supporting environmental stewardship in the region.
