Isabella Chan is a federal public servant with over 20 years of experience. Before joining the federal public service, she also worked for the BC Government. In addition to her current role as the Senior Assistant Deputy Minister of Lands and Minerals Sector at Natural Resources Canada, she is also a Board Member of the Ottawa Humane Society. Known for her empathetic leadership and collaborative spirit, Isabella enjoys building strong, diverse teams as well as coaching and mentoring individuals. Isabella is always exploring ways to bring her full humanity to work in the interest of meaningful connection and creating a safe and inclusive space.
