Iris Lloyd is the President of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, NB Division, Regional Vice President of the Canadian Union of Public Employees National Executive board representing New Brunswick. First elected in 2025 Iris presides over all matters relating to CUPE New Brunswick. Born and raised in Saint John NB Iris is a proud custodian with ASDS and graduated from the labour College of Canada in 2018. Iris has over 15 years experience working in the public sector, as a trade unionist holding various positions within CUPE local 380 including president of CUPE1253 until elected to the full-time position of CUPE New Brunswick as president. iris enjoys spending time with her family and union family. Iris has been selected to take part in the Governor General tour of Canada this May and feels it’s an honour representing CUPE members across this province.
