First Line Manager (FLM) – Small Facilities, Ontario Power Generation
Gregory Rene Dunkley is a First Line Manager at Ontario Power Generation with a strong commitment to fostering inclusive organizational culture. An active advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion, he places particular emphasis on supporting people with disabilities. His efforts were recognized with a 2025 Ontario Power Generation Award for Inclusion. In 2024, Gregory achieved a lifelong goal by earning a university degree while also stepping into his first formal leadership role. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man, a karate student, and an engaged community volunteer supporting minor hockey and local film festivals.
