Fanny Dubé is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, and organizational transformation. At CAE since 2008, she has led the deployment of processes and governance frameworks to drive continuous improvement and business excellence. Passionate about development and leading through change, Fanny created the CAEMentor‑Me and DARE programs, led CAE’s Centraide fundraising campaign, and helped build the strategy for the Professional Women Network employee resource group. A former AAA and professional beach volleyball athlete, she brings discipline and teamwork to every role. Fanny is also a proud mother in a blended family with four teenagers and enjoys the outdoors, especially fly fishing.
