Erin is an educator, labour leader, and community advocate from Sauble Beach, Ontario, with over 20 years of experience in education. She currently serves on OECTA’s Provincial Executive, where she helps develop policy and set priorities to support healthy and sustainable working conditions for educators across Ontario. As a Queer leader with ADHD, Erin works to amplify equity-deserving voices and remove systemic barriers in education and labour spaces. Outside her professional work, she is a provincial record-holding weightlifter and coach of Team Ontario Roller Derby. she believes that strong leadership is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and action.
