Erica McCloskey is Algonquin and a member of Kebaowek First Nation through her mother, with mixed settler ancestry on her father’s side. She leads the Indigenous Youth Leadership Program at the Mastercard Foundation, a new initiative supporting Indigenous youth knowledge and leadership across Canada. Throughout her career, Erica has been a connector and facilitator, bringing partners together to share learnings, resources, and find alignment to amplify their impact, do things differently, and drive systemic change. She is passionate about community building, Indigenous innovation, and utilizing wisdom and research to inform inclusive decisions. Outside work, Erica enjoys running, travelling, improv theatre, and nurturing relationships with friends and family.
