Emmanuel Onah is Director of Community Initiatives at REACH Edmonton, leading multi sector initiatives that advance community safety, inclusion, and youth wellbeing. His professional interests include gang prevention, trauma informed practice, and improving access to supports through schools and neighbourhood hubs. In 2025, he secured over $2M to launch a city wide program, adapting a psychologically informed, non contact boxing and mentoring model for Edmonton youth. A co founder of the African Canadian Civic Engagement Council, he helped design and launch the Timbuktu Innovation Hub. He holds a BA in Sociology with coursework in Computer Science. He is a 2024 Edify’s Top 40 Under 40 honouree.
