Emma MacKenzie is a Director of Operations based in Prince Edward Island with over eight years of experience leading complex events and projects within the tourism sector. She specializes in project management, team leadership, consulting, and strategic planning, with a focus on building strong, collaborative teams and delivering high-impact outcomes. Emma serves as Chair of Event Atlantic, a four-province collaborative board, and is a committee member responsible for overseeing Charlottetown’s Special Events Reserve Fund. In recognition of her leadership, she was named Emerging Leader of the Year across Atlantic Canada at the 2023 Event Atlantic Awards. Outside of work, Emma enjoys volunteering, reading, golfing, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Walter.
