Dr. Dorothy Hsia Melville is a secondary educator and union leader based in Ontario. They serve as Vice President of the province’s second largest district teachers union. A former primary health care practitioner, equity resource teacher, and conflict mediator, they are recognized for bringing a principled, collaborative, and humanistic approach to problem solving.
