Darlene Seto’s main interests lie in working within systems to support stronger equity‑based social policy and to co‑create institutional and cultural change. As Lead, Policy and Partnerships at Foundry, a provincial network of 35 integrated health and wellness centres for youth and families, she leads strategic policy development. She has also worked on the front line in community social services, as well as in roles as a research manager and policy analyst. She loves food—from gardening and canning tomatoes to sharing ideas over a home‑cooked meal—and enjoys reading, cycling, and climbing.
