Scott has led people and projects in both official languages at top-tier Canadian cultural institutions for decades. He is CEO of one of Canada’s top professional orchestras, Symphony Nova Scotia, after holding director roles at Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and Concours musical international de Montréal, and almost 15 years as a music producer at CBC/Radio-Canada. Scott also led the Government of Canada’s activation at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay Community Celebrations, engaging over 15,000 volunteers nationwide. A passionate rower, he is a former board member and president of the Montreal Rowing Club.
