His professional passions include leadership development, equity and inclusion, and building people‑centred institutions through innovative, cross‑sector partnerships. He has led large multidisciplinary teams and helped design and deliver a leadership development program for future police executives in Ontario, embedding inclusive leadership and strategic foresight to help build future‑ready police organizations. Chirag values leadership grounded in family, balance, and service. Outside of work, he practices Brazilian jiu‑jitsu, enjoys weightlifting, and is an avid foodie.
