Celeste Pinder has been passionately engaged in the labour movement for over 15 years. She is President of the Regina and District Labour Council, and serves on the Saskatchewan Federation of Labour Executive Council. Pinder has been active in IATSE Local 295 since 2012, serving two terms as President and, currently, Treasurer. Through involvement on the boards of ScreenSask and the CITT Prairie chapter, she helps guide entertainment industry associations in Saskatchewan. Pinder teaches Costume construction at the University of Regina Theatre Department, and designed costumes for the national premier of Bring It On the Musical at Regina’s Globe Theatre in 2025.

Celeste Pinder est une participante passionnée du mouvement syndical depuis plus de 15 ans. Elle est présidente du Regina and District Labour Council et siège au conseil exécutif de la Saskatchewan Federation of Labour. Celeste est une membre active d’I.A.T.S.E., section locale 295, depuis 2012, réalisant deux mandats à titre de présidente et un autre actuellement en tant que trésorière. Grâce à sa participation aux conseils de ScreenSask et de la section des Prairies de l’ICTS, elle contribue à orienter les associations de l’industrie du spectacle de la Saskatchewan. Celeste enseigne la création de costumes dans le département de théâtre de l’Université de Regina, et a conçu des costumes pour la première nationale du spectacle musical Bring It On au Globe Theatre de Regina en 2025.
