Ashu is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Industrial Engineer with more than 10 years’ experience designing and implementing radical operational changes to improve productivity and increase overall quality of service. She has also led global and national operational teams with up to 100 employees in the manufacturing, technology and financial services sectors. Ashu has a passion for translating a company’s vision and developing executable and sustainable strategies for long-term improvement. She lives by the quote ‘Every great accomplishment starts with a decision to simply try!’ On the personal side, Ashu was born and raised in Toronto. Her background is East Indian and she enjoys both East Indian and Western culture. Ashu enjoys spending time with family and friends, and taking road trips is one of her favourite activities.
